Acceleration uses the Google Ads API to build internal reporting tools and manage Google Ads campaigns on behalf of clients. In connection with this API usage, we may access data from client Google Ads accounts including campaign performance metrics, spend data, keyword data, ad creative, and account structure information.

This data is handled as follows:

API data is accessed only within accounts where explicit authorization has been granted by the account holder.
Data obtained through the Google Ads API is used solely to provide campaign management and reporting services to the authorizing client.
API data is never sold, rented, or transferred to any third party for any purpose.
API data is not used for any purpose other than the specific service for which access was granted.
Access to API data is limited to authorized Acceleration personnel involved in managing the relevant client account.
Client account data obtained via the API is retained only as long as necessary to provide the requested services, and is deleted upon termination of the client relationship upon request.

Our use of the Google Ads API is governed by the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions. We do not use API data in any manner inconsistent with those terms.

5. Data Retention

Form submissions delivered to our inbox are retained only as long as necessary to respond to and fulfill your request. We do not maintain a separate database of contact form submissions.

6. Your Rights

You may request that we delete any information you have submitted to us by using the contact form on this Site. We will honor such requests promptly.
